Gabriel, we’ll definitely add Vegan to the list of themes we are considering for upcoming events. We certainly don’t think that Vegan cuisine has to be bland and flavourless, how could it be with the abundance of flavours available in farm-fresh vegetables, herbs, fruits and grains. So much loveliness. Thanks for the suggestion.
